INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

What do you wish for yourself?

In our lives, we all face moments that call for change, introspection, and healing. If you’re hoping for self-discovery, looking to heal from past traumas, or simply in need of guidance through life’s challenges, my approach to individual therapy offers a path of growth and transformation.

What you can Expect

Personalized Approach

We work together to discuss your goals, aspirations, and needs for therapy to help you live a peaceful, authentic, and joyful life.

Mindfulness and Body-Based

This means that often when you are sharing a story or explaining a challenging situation, I will invite you to pause and notice the ‘felt’ experience in your body, ask you to notice what arises in quiet and stillness and what it feels like to be with your present experience. This opens up a rich dialogue about what is occurring beneath the surface.

Education

I believe that understanding how our physiology, nervous system, brain, and body work helps us to see our human system from a more expansive vantage point. When we see there is often a reason the mind and body are reacting a certain way or presents as symptoms, our experience becomes less personal and about what we are doing wrong. We begin to see the natural intelligence of the body as a guide.

Healing as a Lifestyle & Self-Care

Therapy is only one part of the journey. Healing includes connecting and nurturing the whole person, including the mental, physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of ourselves. We will explore the ways that you can connect to and do things in life that contribute to your health, well-being, and peace of mind.

Holistic Harmony

Together, we collaborate to achieve harmony in your mind, body, heart, and spirit. This comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of your well-being receives the attention and nurturing it deserves.

“Tell me,
what is it you plan to do
with your one
wild and precious life?”
