Who I work best with?
Although I can help support many different types of people, I work best with those who are interested in an integrative, holistic, and spiritual approach. This means that I am not only interested in what you think about or the current challenges you are facing, but I am equally as curious about what you notice and feel in your body. People who are interested in working with me are often asking questions about how their struggles and difficulties can be a stepping stone for deeper growth, are wondering what it means to be human from a spiritual perspective, and are motivated to live a more fulfilling life that honors who they are at the core of their being.
Most clients who work with me:
- High-functioning adults living meaningful lives who are inspired to grow
- Wish for a stronger mind-body connection but often get stuck in thoughts and patterns
- Have experienced childhood trauma or a dysfunctional family
- Are heart-centered, struggle with boundaries, and quietly feel depleted from caregiving
- Face ongoing relational challenges tied to self-worth, a desire for validation, or not feeling good enough

I blend heartfelt support with a structured, practical, and evidence-based approach. My intention is to help you gain perspective and connect you to your innate wisdom and essence. This approach provides insights and healing into the intricate web of your mind, body, and heart.
Therapeutic Services
Individual Therapy
Often, when times are difficult, we need the support of another person to listen, offer perspective, and hold space for the complexities of being human. Individual therapy offers a personalized approach to your needs, incorporating a body-based philosophy, education about the science of the nervous system and brain, and a holistic viewpoint that we are interconnected in our own system of mind, body, and heart but also with the external systems we live in and are impacted by.
Internal Family Systems
Somatic Therapy
The somatic approach is an integrative philosophy that honors the connection between mind and body. Each aspect of a human system affects the other and contributes to your well-being and health. Somatic Therapy utilizes gentle body movements, breath, visualizations, mindfulness, and reflection from a yoga perspective.
Support for Therapists
Therapist retreats and training offer CEUS steeped in IFS, Somatic Yoga Therapy, and mindfulness. These are experiential and/or educational retreats that both attend to self-care, but also inspire possibilities for work with clients.
Individual sessions that incorporate holistic, somatic practices, and IFS are also available.
